Um e-mail foi enviado um dia antes de partirmos para Faro para dizer onde o carro estaria no aeroporto. Foi lá exatamente como indicado. Estava limpo e pronto para ir. Sem problemas e sem extras escondidos. A outra empresa de aluguel de carros que usamos durante o verão foi terrível. Muitos extras escondidos. Esperamos 1,5 horas em sua área de espera, a cerca de 10 minutos do aeroporto, e isso foi depois que localizamos o representante que parecia estar escondido. (Original) We have used other car rental services in Lagos/Faro airport and this is by far the best. The service is excellent. An email was sent one day before we departed for Faro to say where the car would be at the airport. It was there exactly as stated. It was clean and ready to go. No problems and no hidden extras. The other car rental company we used during the summer was dreadful. Lots of hidden extras. We waited 1.5 hours in their waiting area, about 10 minutes from the airport, and this was after we had tracked down the representative who appeared to be in hiding. Then we had to find the car hire shuttle bus. The two people ahead of us in the queue to 'do' the paper work which took about 25 minutes returned to complain as their cars were faulty. I cannot praise Lagorental high enough. Superb and efficient service. Superb cars, we had the economy model, and great value for money.

Die Übergaben beim abholen und beim abgeben waren einwandfrei. Sie wurden Dokumentiert und von beiden Seiten unterschrieben damit es beim abgeben des Fahrzeugs keine Probleme gibt. Sowas hat uns bei anderen Anbietern schon mal viel Nerven gekostet.

(Original) Fantastic Service We had a really good experience with our car hire with LagoRent in Faro. They were our rental hire company through Enjoy Car Hire rental aggregator. We had asked for car pick up at their office and they were ready with our car on the designated day. We wanted a 7 seater but were offered a 9 seater which was way more roomier. The guy, Pedro at Lagorent was cordial and efficient. At the time of drop off, he gave a quick look around the car and offered to drop us off at the airport. Efficient, Quick and no pressure service. We are very impressed.
