The team at Fat cats looked after me and my golfing mates really well at the start of September. Not pushy and just really helpful. This was right around the corner and was fantastic for a quick bite to eat and a drink. The pints were lovely and the prices were better. It had a great atmosphere a felt a little bit English so if anyone is home sick it's a great place to take them. My only disappointments were when I ordered a prawn curry that the prawns had not been washed/ prepped properly as there was still the digestive track of the prawns. The other is a cocktail we ordered as it was far too sour to drink and cost a little much.

First visit had good portion of chilli, happily provided extra jallepinos, apple crumble with custard, both good. Second visit during football on a Sunday, more busy, staff working very hard to try and keep service wait times down. Tried their piri, piri chicken breast. Very tender(marinated?), came with fries and salad, again enjoyed. They are a little tucked away, built into hotel but well worth finding for a casual drink, meal.
