(Original) Best meal I've had all year. So, it's only 2 January but the Italian I ate in Lisbon, almost twice the price, did not COMPARE to what I had at Jaipur. I had the vegetable samosa for a starter. Can we talk dipping sauces for a minute? The mango was AMAZING! I tried the onion and yogurt sauces, but I would DRINK this mango sauce. I ordered chana masala at the highest spice level. It had a nice heat but wasn't "burn your mouth" hot. Needless to say, I put some of that magnificent mango sauce on it too because "why not"? Jaipur thinks of everything, they even had a tealight to keep the curry hot. I asked for a take away container for my leftovers, nice portion sizes. I was going to spoon the leftover mango sauce on the leftovers. Instead, the waiter provided me a small container of the miracle mango sauce. Great food and wonderful attention to detail including their customer service. I highly recommend Jaipur.
