EN: A very good pub, closely located to the nearby hotels. It's a cozy place, accurately representing british pubs, with a friendly staff and fairly reasonable prices. A light meal for two, consisting of a chicken salad (very well garnished) and a fish soup, together with drinks and dessert, is around €35. Taking into consideration that the food is quite good and that the nearby hotel's restaurants can easily go beyond €50 per person, I highly recommend this place. Also, if you are staying in a nearby hotel and show your hotel card, they provide you with a discount. PT: Um 'pub' muito bom, próximo dos hotéis das redondezas. É um local acolhedor, representando de forma fiável os pubs britânicos, com empregados afáveis e preços francamente razoáveis. Uma refeição leve para dois, consistindo numa salada de frango (muito bem guarnecida) e uma sopa de peixe, juntamente com bebidas e sobremesa, fica na casa dos €35. Tendo em conta que a comida é bastante boa e que refeições nos restaurantes dos hotéis próximos podem facilmente exceder os €50 por pessoa, recomendo bastante este local. Adicionalmente, se estiver hospedado num dos hotéis e apresentar o respectivo cartão, é-lhe concedido um desconto.

Quando chegamos, fomos informados de que a cozinha estava um pouco ocupada e que provavelmente haveria um atraso na comida, mas poderíamos nos sentar e fazer pedidos. Porém a rapidez do serviço e também a rapidez com que a comida chegar foi fantástica. Comemos camarões e pedaços de frango para começar, seguidos de robalo e bife. Tudo isso foi fantástico. Estava cheio, mas era porque estava passando um jogo de futebol. É provavelmente um dos meus locais favoritos para comer nesta zona do Algarve. The hosting, service, food and atmosphere. When we arrived we were advised the kitchen was a little busy and there was likely to be a delay on food but We could be seated and ordered. However the speed of the service and also the speed for the food to arrive was fantastic. We had prawns and chicken Bites to start, followed by sea bass and steak. All of which was fantastic. It was busy but that was because a football game was on. It is probably one of my favourite places fo eat in this algarve area. My other half even said the Guinness was brilliant as well...no bad word to be said about the whole experience.

First time I visited last year we decided to get our evening meal. Both myself and my friend ordered fillet steaks rare. They were cooked to perfection and melted in our mouths so to speak. Having worked within the industry for most of my life and worked in renowned steak restaurants for the past ten years i definitely know a good steak when you get one. Staff are lovely and friendly and very professional even under pressure. The owner is seen to be making his rounds during most evenings and is also not shy to jump behind the ramp and give the team a helping hand. Great place great people I would definitely recommend and will sure to be revisiting next year.

Both the lunch and dinner menus have a great selection. The kids menu is very much kid approved, especially the fish and chips which can in other places be very greasy but this is cooked perfectly. The service is excellent and the staff are very friendly. You'll always get a good meal here (hear the drinks are good too, but we only ever come for the food). The choice of seating from outside to inside is very comfortable. Would highly recommend coming here.
