I stayed only one night unfortunately.
I organized a fantastic surprise for my girlfriend with a flowers /petals in room and the staff organized everything in an excellent way.
The hotel is beautiful, the room was very comfortable with a fantastic bathtub near the bed.

R. P.O Sheraton Spa Lisboa é além de ser um ótimo hotel 5 estrelas, um hotel constante. Há cerca de 7 anos estive aqui e o hotel continua com a manutenção perfeita de seus quartos, qualidade de café da manhã internacional e o serviço sempre gentil de seus funcionários aqui vale a pena pagar alguns euros a mais! Nos quartos não deixe de desfrutar de uma noite de sono com um black out absoluto e só acordar quando necessário!

Wonderful hotel in the centre of Lisbon. Our suite was huge and very comfortable consisting of a living room and a bed room. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was tasty and the selection was large. Usual breakfast times were 7-10.30 during the week.

Really love to visit this hotel because of Panorama bar. It is my favorite. The combination of the exquisite drinks, wonderful view over Lisbon, gorgeous place to be and live jazz music played on a piano makes it my favorite place of the kind. The staff is really nice and professional. The drinks are a bit pricey, but the overall experience is worth it.

Lovely front desk and the staff at the lobby bar are beyond amazing. The services are great. The housekeeper goes above and beyond to find me a battery too. Highly recommended!
