I booked a return transfer from Porto Airport to the Old Town for 6 people. The driver waited for us after a delayed evening flight and then assisted with our luggage into a new blacked out Mercedes people carrier which had the most comfortable seats! Our driver Alex was exceptionally polite, smartly dressed and gave some tips and information on Porto as we drove from the airport. It 's the details that make a service like this. We also booked a return transfer to Lousada for a wedding and they were on time for all pickups again in a clean smart people carrier. It can be stressful organising transport like this for family and the last thing you want is for a service to be badly organised or not even turn up at all. Thankfully we didn't have to worry, everything went without a hitch. Will certainly be using them again on any future trips to Portugal. Highly recommended.
