Great fun place with lovely bar staff and fantastic food **Update** It's been 2 and a half years (thanks covid) since we've visited the Old Barrel and if anything it's gotten better. Updated menu and the staff...well what can I say amazing, couldn't make you feel more at home. Great to see some old faces and some new, if we lived here we know where our local would be. Food was amazing and the banter and craic with other visitors and regulars well you couldn't ask for better.

There is a decent amount of outdoor seating - shaded by large parasols and indoor seating available too. We only had a couple of Ciders there but the food being served looked very nice and good portions. They also do a range of reasonably priced cocktails.
