For context, photos 3 and 4 out of 4, are from the Internet. The picture with all of the flowers together (1 of 4) and picture 2 are the work from this establishment. I have to say I was a bit disappointed how things were handled, given that this was a marriage plan with a lot of time for preparation.
1. The flower crown did not fully fit the color scheme for the bouquet. It was mostly present the green color and, the most important ones (white flowers) could barely be seen. With no purple/blueish flowers at all to fit the scheme. Due to the crown being such a bad fit for the wedding dress and the color scheme we were aiming for, we had to use an artificial flower crown as a last minute resort.
2. The cutting for the bouquet was very round and nothing like the example provided to the flower shop. It was also missing at least two flowers used for decoration purposes. It was also promised to us a spray product to apply to the bouquet for further protection, since our wedding was the next day but, it was not given any.
3. We also suffered a delay due to the store's services. We arrived there, already a bit late (3~5 mins) and I was told to go have a coffee in a near café since it would still take around 15~20 minutes.
4. The flower shop told me that there was a last minute issue. However, I was not warned of this via message at any point in time. Providing me some room to act. Instead I got surprised when I arrived at the shop.
This was my experience. I might have been unlucky, or not.
