From the initial booking until the van drove away on completion of the move, the company’s professionalism was exemplary. Communication regarding times and costs were excellent. The Direct staff, Bruno and Billy, called ahead to confirm being on their way, and arrived precisely on time. From then on, both men were friendly, willing to help, and excellent professionals throughout the entire process. Nothing was any trouble to them, despite there being lots of stairs and heavy items to deal with from leaving one property and arriving at the other. The total cost represented fantastic value, especially considering the professionalism and stress-free experience as a result of the consistently positive attitudes displayed by Billy and Bruno. Thank you to everyone at Direct Transport, and I have no hesitation in recommending them for a first class house removal service.
